1 - LEADERSHIP TEAMS:GLSEN Announces the new Jump-Start 2002-2003 National Student Leadership Team
Join GLSEN's Student Organizing Department in welcoming twenty-one student organizers to our largest and most diverse student leadership team ever! These students will work with the Jump-Start National Student Leadership Team Regional Student Co-Chairs to answer emails, co-present workshops and provide feedback to GLSEN about starting and sustaining GSAs in K-12 schools. The leadership team is coming together for the first time at GLSEN's national conference, Teaching Respect for All 2002, to be trained and networked with one with one another in preparation for service during this school year! Look for the email contact information to be posted on the GLSEN website after the conference. These students also join other amazing student organizers to bring a total of over 50 student organizers working in partnership with Student Organizing across the country!
